There is nothing of the sort being planned or happening! Way back in January 2015 when KTR visited Dubai, a prominent Dubai based Development Company , Dubai Holdings, (who is currently undertaking the Kochi Smart City Project) had expressed interest to develop similar Project linked with Information Technology Enabled services (ITIR) – which incidentally was then being planned by the State Government along the Southern Crescent of the Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor starting from Ghatkesar (where the Infosys Campus is located through Koheda near Nagarjunasagar Highway, through Adibhatla, Mankhal, Shamsabad,
